What is the reason why the gasoline generator cannot start

There may be various reasons why gasoline generators cannot start, including:

Insufficient fuel. Ensure that there is sufficient gasoline in the fuel tank.

The battery voltage is insufficient. Check if the battery voltage is sufficient. If the battery voltage is too low, it will not be able to provide sufficient speed and torque to start the engine.

Mechanical failure. If there is a malfunction in the spark plug or ignition coil, these components are crucial during the starting process. If they fail, they will not be able to ignite normally.

Oil and gasoline lose their stickiness. The validity period of engine oil and gasoline is generally about three months. If used for more than three months, they may have lost their stickiness, causing them to fail to start normally.

Spark plug carbon buildup or dirty air filter. These factors can lead to insufficient air, which in turn affects engine start.

Oil or gasoline evaporates. If the engine is not used for a long time, the oil or gasoline may have evaporated, causing insufficient purity and making ignition difficult.

The startup method is incorrect. Check if the oil switch can be opened, whether the air damper can be closed when the cold engine is first started, and whether the starting speed can be reached.

Spark plug high voltage line malfunction. Remove the high-voltage wire from the spark plug and test the ignition. If there is no spark or the spark is weak, it indicates that there is a malfunction in the magneto or high-voltage wire.

Difficulty starting the new machine. The new machine requires a certain period of running in, and it is best to start it 1-2 times a month.

When encountering a situation where the gasoline generator cannot start, the first thing to do is to remain calm and not dismantle it randomly. Find the nearest repair point as soon as possible to investigate the cause of the fault, find the fault point, and then replace the components with the appropriate medicine.
